Bukola is the founder and CEO of Bytesize: a digital communications agency.
A digital expert with over 8 years internet marketing experience working in top digital agencies worldwide. Her depth of experience and exposure ensures ethical brand management whilst infusing passion and knowledge of all things local.
Bukola has a strong Commercial and Entrepreneurial Focus; Over a Decade of Experience running SMEs
Bukola is a member of the Institute Of Advertising Practitioners (IPA), APCON and an MBA executive student at the renowned Warwick Business School
She currently oversees Bytesize operations in West Africa and remains a digital consultant to some SMEs. She is married with 3 kids.
Stephen Nana Osei - Boadi
Online and Social Media Expert
Stephen is an Online and Social Media Expert with over 13 years experience of working in the internet marketing industry in the UK, Europe and Africa with companies such as Wembley, Sony UK, Abbey, Mortgage Express, Bradford & Bingley, Barclays Capital, Investec, Cofunds, Vodafone, CHRISAACH Carpets, Tesano Baptist Church, Carphone Warehouse and PZ Cussons.
He is also an experienced training facilitator, public speaker and blogger on various aspects of Marketing Communication and Business Development.
Stephen is a member of such industry organisations and newsgroups as IAB (UK), eConsultancy, Hubspot, CIM UK, DMI UK, eDialogue and more.
He holds and MA in Mass Communications, MAELT, PgDip in Negotiation Skills, PgDip in Radio and TV Production.
Stephen is presently the Digital Marketing Manager for PZ Cussons (Africa Region).

Strategic Marketing Lecturer, Trainer, Consultant and Blogger
Mike has a BSc. in Maths (majoring in Statistics) and an MSc. (with Distinction) in Economics and Sociology from Imperial College, London.
He started his career as a Graduate Trainee at Procter & Gamble, leaving to join DM agency EHS Brann (now EHS 4D) where his main account was Ford. At Carlson Marketing, Mike managed Nestlé, Mars, BT and Citroën accounts. He joined Wunderman (Y&R group) and was promoted to the Board as Group Director responsible for Ford, Legal & General, AIB and Monsanto.
Mike was Director of Direct and Digital at Kevin Morley Marketing, working on Land Rover, MG, Mini, RBS and Prudential. At Bozell Worldwide (now Draftfcb) he was Senior Vice President, European Integration, responsible for successful agency acquisitions in France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy and UK and heading up Direct/ Digital Marketing Operations on Chrysler and Jeep brands across Europe. MD DraftFCB Interactive Limited
Tola is a cum laude graduate of Accounting (B.Sc Hons.) and an M.Sc in Economics from Texas A & M University. A seasoned Advertising Practioner, Tola started her career in mainstream advertising while she was on the board of DraftFCB Interactive Limited as a director. Upon the exit of the former MD, Tola took over the management of Nigeria’s foremost Digital Advertising Company, turning around its fortune within the first 12 months.
Tola is passionate about social media and digital advertising and has been able to show its relevance in the business environment, having ensured the attraction and retention of high profile clients in various sectors.
Widely travelled, Tola speaks a bit of French, Spanish and Portuguese.
Tola will be speaking about SHARP SULE - REINVENTING CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT USING SOCIAL MEDIA at the DMCE 2013 Conference.
Gboyega is the Country Manager (Nigeria) for Yookos Social Networking. He has business experience in Financial Services, Telecoms and Social Media. He is specialised in Social Media Marketing, Analytics and Consumer Behaviour; with a publication in the European Journal of Marketing.
Gboyega will be talking on Social Content Marketing; What Works and What Doesn’t.
